La Dee Da

Someone pointed out to me that I havent Updated in awhile (Logan :)) So I figured I would at least write something! I found out last night that one of my friends from high school has the same cancer Lance Armstrong had. Funny, here's Lance just winning his 7th tour de France...and I find out one of my friends has to fight that same battle. Puts life into perspective doesnt it? So here we are walking around worrying about which boy or girl likes us, what we are going to wear, what cool things we will get to do during the week, and anything else we fret over during the day.....Just imagine being 22 years old, just graduating college, having a great job, being a great christian who has never hurt anyone, and finding out that your life is changed forever....but instead of running from it you run at it and fight it with all your strength. People like him inspire me to be a better person. Since mostly Montevallo people read this....his name is Wells Robinson, Please keep him and his family in your prayers. He also has a web site....its www.wellsrobinson.com. I think its important for young people to realize that we are not invinsible. I have my live-strong bracelet on today in honor of Wells and anyone else whose fought/is fighting cancer...

Ive been down lately, but after hearing this I hit my knees. How could I possibly feel sorry for myself. Its pathetic. Ive got Christ, Family, Friends, a Awesome Job, a Beautiful Apartment (Thats all pink!), my health and so much more....Its crazy sometimes the things we get down about....Ive gotta turn it over to God though.....

On a lighter note....I saw Charlie and the Chocolate factory this weekend. It was hollarious!!! Tim Burton is brilliant. I wish I could have met him while he was intown filming Big Fish....my life would have been complete! HAHAH! But Johny Depp is incredibly hot as the scary candy man. Everyone should go see it.
